Asset Vision aligns growth team around key infrastructure sectors
New structure strengthens sector focus across Transport, Civic & Community, Utilities and Social Infrastructure, with Ritchie Taylor appointed Head of Transport.
Asset Vision has introduced a new market-facing structure to support the company’s next stage of growth, aligning its team around the infrastructure sectors it serves. The new structure creates clearer focus across Transport, Civic & Community, Utilities and Social Infrastructure, strengthening Asset Vision’s ability to support clients with deeper sector knowledge, dedicated leadership and a more connected pathway from first engagement through to delivery and long-term success.
As part of this next chapter, Asset Vision is pleased to welcome Ritchie Taylor as Head of Transport. Ritchie will lead Asset Vision’s transport focus across roads, runways, ports and integrated transport infrastructure, working closely with clients and partners to support safer, smarter and more connected asset management.
Asset Vision Co-CEO Lucas Murtagh said the new structure reflects the company’s continued growth and the increasing demand for connected asset intelligence across critical infrastructure.
“Asset Vision is growing because our clients are looking for practical, connected and scalable ways to manage the infrastructure their communities rely on,” Lucas said.
“This structure helps us stay close to the sectors we serve. It gives each market clearer leadership, stronger focus and a better connection between client needs, product capability and delivery outcomes.
“Ritchie’s appointment is an important part of that. Transport is a major growth area for Asset Vision, and Ritchie brings the focus and experience needed to help us support clients across complex transport environments.”
Alongside Ritchie’s appointment, the new structure brings together James Esson as Head of Civic & Community and Chris Wignall as Head of Emerging Markets. These leadership roles add further depth across the business, supporting clearer sector focus, stronger commercial alignment and a more connected experience for clients as Asset Vision continues to grow.
Vesna Jelesic’s role as Chief Financial Officer has also been expanded, with Service Delivery, Brand & Marketing and Sales Operations now sitting under her remit. This will strengthen the link between finance, delivery, marketing and commercial operations as the business scales.

Aligned to the markets we serve

The new structure brings Asset Vision’s growth and client-facing teams into closer alignment with the markets in which the platform is used.
The four outward-facing sectors are:
Transport: Supporting integrated transport infrastructure, including roads, runways, ports and linear asset networks.
Civic & Community: Helping councils manage assets with confidence, consistency and control across the full asset lifecycle.
Utilities: Supporting reliable performance across essential utility networks and infrastructure.
Social Infrastructure: Providing oversight of the buildings, places and facilities communities depend on.
This sector-based approach gives clients a clearer pathway into Asset Vision, while helping internal teams build deeper understanding of the challenges, operating environments and priorities within each market.
For councils, this may mean stronger support across asset registers, inspections, valuations, capital works and field mobility. For transport clients, it may mean greater focus on field productivity, contractor accountability, network visibility and the management of complex linear assets. For utilities and social infrastructure organisations, it supports a more connected view of assets, works, compliance and long-term planning.
One connected platform for critical infrastructure Asset Vision serves
While Asset Vision’s sector focus is evolving, the platform remains connected by a single purpose: helping organisations manage critical infrastructure with greater visibility, control and confidence.
Asset Vision brings asset registers, inspections, defects, works, valuations, capital planning, reporting, mobility and integrations into one connected environment. This helps teams move beyond disconnected systems and manual processes, giving asset owners, field teams, contractors and decision-makers access to the information they need to plan, deliver and report with confidence.
The platform is used across a broad range of infrastructure environments, from local roads, pathways and public assets through to facilities, ports, utilities and transport networks.
Its capabilities include built-in GIS, mobile field tools, AI-powered inspections through AutoPilot, capital works management, valuation reporting, dashboards and API-based integrations with other systems.

Strengthening client focus as we grow

The new structure has been designed to support both current clients and future growth.
As more organisations look for modern enterprise asset management solutions, Asset Vision is investing in the leadership, delivery and support structures needed to help clients get long-term value from the platform.
This includes clearer ownership across key markets, stronger alignment between sales and delivery, and continued focus on sector-specific challenges.
For clients, the aim is simple: easier conversations, stronger sector understanding and a more connected experience from implementation through to ongoing use.
Asset Vision Co-CEO & Founder Damian Smith said the structure reflects Asset Vision’s commitment to growing in a way that remains practical, responsive and client-focused.
“As we scale, it is important that we do not lose what has made Asset Vision successful,” he said.
“We want to stay close to our clients, understand the environments they operate in, and keep building solutions that work in the real world.
“This next stage is about focus. It is about making sure our people, our platform and our partnerships are aligned around the infrastructure sectors that matter.”
A focused next chapter
The new structure marks an important step in Asset Vision’s continued growth.
With dedicated focus across Transport, Civic & Community, Utilities and Social Infrastructure, Asset Vision is better placed to support the organisations managing the infrastructure communities rely on every day.
Ritchie Taylor’s appointment as Head of Transport adds further depth, strengthening our focus on field operations, asset condition, maintenance programs and long-term network performance. We congratulate Ritchie on his appointment and look forward to this next stage of growth.
